Our General Accommodation Policies: (Note:* Group bookings (3+ apartments) have differing terms)* We require an initial security deposit to secure the booking, and the balance security deposit is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. All deposits must be paid in ADVANCE by Cash, Bankcard, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners, Direct internet banking deposit or Australian Cheque (Clearance time permitting.) The deposit will be applied as consideration for the accommodation at the end of your stay. CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of cancellation refunds will only be allowed when the period is able to be re-booked for its full value. NOTE: Check-out Departure time 10.00 a.m. Accommodation is available from 2.00 p.m. on arrival.
